The Voltaggio Brothers Go Back To Their Roots
In 2019, renowned chefs Bryan and Michael Voltaggio founded Estuary, the Chesapeake Bay-inspired signature restaurant inside the luxury hotel Conrad Washington D.C. As a longtime fan of Top Chef, it was a gratifying opportunity to write about food made by two of my favorite chef-testants during my tenure at BCV.
