Meridian is a government-sponsored health plan for Illinois focused on Medicaid and Medicare-Medicaid. Among many initiatives, our team supported paid and organic social media aiming to demystify Medicaid benefits and connect people to whole-health education, information on redetermination, equitable resources, accessible providers, local community support, and more. All content aligns with HEDIS messaging, health literacy strategies, and state-mandated reading levels.
