The hemophilia community is tight-knit, strong, and empowering. Sanofi provides one-on-one support, education, resources, and in-person events, all laddering up to one mission: to help redefine what’s possible for people living with hemophilia.

World Hemophilia Day programming
The hemophilia community World Hemophilia Day celebrations throughout the country. Led by Community Relations and Education (CoRe) managers, these in-person events provide real-life connection between those living with hemophilia, families, and caregivers. Our team developed the 2024 and 2025 programs by establishing resonate concepts, integrating themes from the World Federation of Hemophilia, creating family-friendly activities, and fostering a comfortable environment for all attendees. Work included concepting, video optimization, programming, event print materials, email communication suites, social media ads, and execution guides.
